Samsung Electronics excitedly announced to the public on March 11 that it will finally launch another budget-friendly smartphone in South Korea.

The multinational tech company located at Yeongtong District of Suwon will release the Galaxy A32 this week in the hope of strengthening its sales versus rival firms.

Based on a recent report by The Korea Herald, the price of the soon-to-be-launched smartphone is 374,000 won ($330).

With regards to the features of the phone, Samsung said that Galaxy A32 is an LTE-supporting model that also has a quad rear-camera setup. Its main camera is 60 megapixels, the ultra-wide lens is 8 megapixels, the depth sensor is 52 megapixels, and the macro camera is 5 megapixels.

The product also has a 20-megapixel front camera which is excellent for taking selfies. Additionally, the battery life of the Galaxy A32 is 5,000mAh, and its screen measures 6.4 inches.

This week, it is expected that Galaxy A32 will be on the South Korean smartphone market already. Many people have expressed their excitement for the launching of the product in the country, especially since it has been made available in some parts of the world, including Europe and India.

Aside from the said budget-friendly item, Samsung also announced a few days ago that it would launch its Galaxy A42 this Friday. This smartphone costs 449,900 won ($396).

Previously, it was reported that Samsung is expected to dominate the quarter 1 ranking of smartphone production in the world. Around 62 million smartphones are targeted to be released by the end of March.

Having 18.1 percent of market share on the global scale, the tech giant from South Korea is also believed to emerge on top in this year's annual ranking of smartphone production.

Its biggest and toughest rival, Apple Inc., only placed second in the first quarter of 2021. It only produced 54 million units for a market share of 15.2 percent.
