The K-Drama phenomenon and the Super Bowl are in a great collaboration these days. Korean actor Kim Young-dae and actress-director Go Min-si are officially selected as brand ambassadors for the National Football League.

They are wearing the official t-shirts of the NFL, the league that conducted the Super Bowl LV on February 7th won by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers against the Kansas City Chiefs at 31-9. The NFL consists of 32 teams divided equally between the American Football Conference and the National Football Conference.

Kim Young-dae is a South Korean actor and model who has appeared in the MBC high school TV series "Extraordinary You" and had his cameo appearances in JTBC dramas "When The Weather Is Fine" and "Welcome To Waikiki 2."

Meanwhile, Go Min-so is also a director who had her directorial debut in the 2016 movie "Parallel Novel" which she also co-starred and won the Grand Prize at the Three Minutes Film Festival. She also appeared in the third season of the web series titled "72 Seconds," as well as in the music video "Sign" by Thunder.

These K-Drama celebrities recently participated in a photoshoot with the NFL sports brand in a lively setting that fit the brand concept of the league, Star Daily News reported.

Their promotions will present the NFL in a bright and cheerful image of casual fashion that represents the younger generation.

Last Sunday, the Super Bowl LV took place at Raymond James Stadium in Florida, the home turf of the Buccaneers, earning their first time they hosted the championships in history. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the stadium's seating arrangement had to follow social distancing protocols and thus was limited to only 25,000 fans.

During the halftime show sponsored by Pepsi, The Weeknd gave a stellar performance, with bandaged backup dancers, a superb set, and so much more. He joined the ranks of Beyoncé, Janet Jackson, Britney Spears, and many other artists who previously performed at the Super Bowl.
