BLACKPINK Update: A Rehearsal Show Before 'THE SHOW'; Good News For BLINKS!

BLACKPINK's "THE SHOW" is nearing its launch. And fans are surely excited now.

"THE SHOW" was previously slated last December 27, but it was moved to a new date because of quarantine rules set by the local government.

YG Entertainment chose to postpone the live stream concert, and now its new schedule is January 31. This is to make sure everyone, including the artists and staff, is safe in this pandemic.

Yesterday, January 22, BLACKPINK shared on its official SNS accounts some big news to the fans with PLUS membership. They will hold a "Sound Check Rehearsal Live" on January 30, 2 PM KST.

BLACKPINK previously shared that there will be a "special behind video series" for those fans having PLUS membership. It will show a band session, the rehearsal site, VCR shooting, and secret episodes. This members-only content will only be available until February 17, 10 AM KST.

It was also revealed that BLACKPINK's live stream concert would feature the live band they were with during their "In Your Area" world tour in 2019-2020. The girl group will also be performing songs from their latest and first full-length album, "The Album."
In the meantime, BLACKPINK members are also preparing for their individual activities aside from their live stream concert, "THE SHOW."

BLACKPINK members Rose and Lisa are preparing for their solo debuts. YG Entertainment reported that Rose and Lisa were doing their best to gear up for their debuts. They had also been reported to have already finished recording their music videos.
Jisoo, on the other hand, is still working on her drama, "Snowdrop." After her first-ever drama, she will be debuting as a solo artist. "Snowdrop" is slated to air sometime this year.

As for Jennie, she recently opened her YouTube channel, which gained one million subscribers instantly. She also became the first female Korean soloist to get the highest YouTube views for her "SOLO" music video with 600 million views.
