It was on BLACKPINK Jennie's birthday when she launched her own YouTube channel as a gift to her fans on her 25th birthday on January 16th.

"Jennierubyjane Official" is the name of her new YouTube channel.

There are not many videos yet on her channel, but the very first one is taking the BLINK fandom by storm. After welcoming her subscribers and viewers, introducing them to the account, saying, "I finally opened a YouTube channel to celebrate my birthday. I want to share my daily life and fun things," she sang a rendition of "When Will My Life Begin?" from the Disney animated movie, "Tangled."

It was a heartfelt moment for the fans listening to her rendition, a K-Pop acoustic version of one of the songs of the Disney movie.

Klare Destien, one of the subscribers on YouTube, wrote, "She's like a Disney Princess. (emoji)"

Meanwhile, Jennie's music video for "SOLO" has also reached a milestone ahead of her birthday, after garnering 600 million views on YouTube. It now has over 602 million views as of press time. Because of this, she is breaking her own record as the Korean female solo artist with the most viewed music video.

BLACKPINK's Jennie debuted as a solo artist in November 2018.

The K-Pop group is conducting their biggest 2021 show yet on January 31st, titled "YG PALM STAGE - 2021 BLACKPINK: THE SHOW" with members Jennie, Jisoo, Rosé, and Lisa. It is their first concert since the release of their first full-length album, "THE ALBUM" and the worldwide fans cannot wait.

Recently, BLACKPINK has also been chosen as brand ambassadors for Pepsi, a leading soda company, and Globe Telecom in the Philippines.

"We are excited to welcome international K-Pop group, Blackpink, as brand ambassadors for our latest campaign launch in Malaysia and Singapore. Blackpink perpetuates a uniquely youthful attitude and zest for life that perfectly embodies the Pepsi brand, and we envision music lovers and fans of Blackpink in Malaysia and Singapore to be absolutely thrilled as Pepsi brings their idols closer to our shores," the official statement from Pepsi said, talking about the campaign that encourages the next generation to push beyond their limits.
