EXO Kai Shares Special Video "Film: Kai" Ahead Of Solo Debut
EXO's main dancer Kai is only a few days away from his solo debut. He continues to raise the anticipation for this solo endeavor by posting teaser images for his fans.
His latest teaser puts out all the stops. While most album samplers would only showcase audio highlights of the song, Kai takes it a step further by releasing "FILM: KAI". The highlight sampler featured not just audio but video teasers of the six tracks that will be included in the album, namely "Hello Stranger", "Reason", "Amnesia", "Nothing On Me", "Ride or Die", and "Mmmh", which is the title track of the album.
The short film, running for almost seven minutes, features the artist in various scenes and set designs, one for each song in the album. The artist does not only show his vocal skills but his dance prowess as well, which is what he is best known for.
Each scene is unique, tailored perfectly to match the mood of each song. The highlight reel has certainly piqued the interest of many, with some even hoping that each song will get a music video or even just a dance performance video so that they can further appreciate Kai's dancing skills.
Kai is the fifth member of EXO to make a solo debut, following members Lay, Suho, Chen, and Baekhyun. Aside from his music endeavors, Kai has also been seen in some variety shows this week, earning him the top spot in most buzzworthy non-drama cast members.
Aside from taking part in the episode of "Amazing Saturday" last week, his house was also featured in the popular variety show "I Live Alone". It's not just the minimalist house that endeared him to many viewers but also the way he treated and played with his nephew and niece, who he babysat for a few hours.
