BTS Album 2020: Jimin Proved That He Is More Than Just A Singer, Performer And A Pretty Face
BTS Jimin is, undeniably, trying to make a mark of his own in the entertainment industry. Aside from being one of the most influential K-pop idols there is today, the lead vocalist and main dancer of the South Korean boyband have proven, time and again, that he is more than just a face.
Recently, Jimin was, officially, included in the list of people who composed and write the sixth track of BTS' upcoming album called "BE." It was revealed that Jimin co-wrote the song titled "Dis-ease" alongside Suga, RM and J-Hope. Of course, Ivan Jackson, GHSTLOOP, and Pdogg guided the boys.
The Korea Music Copyright Association, previously, included Jimin as one of the composers of the song called "Skit," which is also said to be included in the forthcoming BTS album. Besides the above-mentioned titles, BTS Jimin has also written "In the Soop," "Friends," Boyz with Fun," "Promise," "Outro: Circle Room Cypher," and "Lie."
It was even reported that BTS Jimin has also done the scouting of talents for the imminent new album. He even supervised the artistic development of each track and acted as the intercessor between the artists and the company. His roles, however, are kind of expected as he has been named as the Project Manager of the "BE" album.
Recently, BTS released the official music video teaser of their song called "Life Goes On," which is among the tracks in the "BE" album. In the clip, Jimin, V, Jungkook, RM, Suga, Jin, and J-Hope are seen hanging out at a campfire. Flickering lights and soft colors are seen everywhere while an ambient piano melody is being played in the background. Another scene featured the boys wearing their pajamas as they prepare to watch a video together. Jungkook directed the said MV.
Meanwhile, BTS Jimin broke another record when he was named as the only Kpop idol who dominated the Boy Group Member Individual Brand Reputation Ranking for 23 consecutive months. This only proves that the Dynamite singer is seen to be a very effective endorser. His co-members, on the other hand, also, made it to the Top 100 list - J-Hope got the 15th spot, Suga was ranked the 10th, while V, Jungkook, and RM placed fourth, seventh and eighth respectively.
