Comedian Park Jisun and Mother Found Dead at Her Home

Gagwoman Park Jisun was found dead in her home in Mapo District yesterday. It was even more saddening that her mother was also discovered to be dead in her home. 

Park Jisun is a comedian who has become a part of many variety shows in South Korea. She debuted in 2007 under KBS and some of her notable roles as a comedian include participation in "Gag Concert" and "Happy Together". She was also a previous emcee for "Weekly Idol". She even won the KBS Bew Newcomer Award in the year of her debut as a comedian.
Many Kpop fans all over the world also remember her as she had emceed a lot showcases. She is known as having a good relationship with group SHINee. She became a trending topic in several countries, with many fans thanking her for treating their idols well and wishing her to rest in peace. 

Although the exact cause of her death was not revealed, several news outlets are reporting that the comedian and her mother may have taken their own life. A note was found, presumed to be written by her mother. The contents were not made public at the request of their family. 

Seoul Mapo Police Station also stated that there will be no autopsy to be done but they will investigate the exact cause of her death.
