Kim Kardashain Faces Backlash After Having A Birthday Party

Kim Kardashian just wanted to celebrate her 40th birthday with the people close to her, but instead she is facing criticism for her actions. The reality TV star turned 40 about a week ago and she recently took to her social media pages to share how she celebrated this milestone. 

She took her family and close friends to a private island. Everyone was asked to quarantine and undergo multiple health screens to ensure that everyone is healthy. Some of the partygoers included her family, Corey, Gamble, Tristan Thomspon and many more. The specific tropical location was not revealed, but insiders say that the six-day getaway included many activities for everyone to enjoy.

But not everyone is happy with this news, some celebrities are even dragging Kim for flaunting her extravagant lifestyle during a pandemic. Many have called her tone-deaf and insensitive, saying that there are people who have lost their jobs. They focused on Kardashian's idea of simple luxury when so many have been unable to eat and visit their families due to limited resources. 

Some of her critics include singer-songwriter Peter Frampton, who called her insensitive for not realizing that this is not the kind of news that people want to see at this time.
