While citizens of the world are stuck at home, good news was released on March 22 for video-based content to help teach Korean to global K-pop fans. The project, called "Learn Korean With BTS," was announced by BTS's label Big Hit Entertainment.

The purpose of "Learn Korean With BTS" is to present a fun way of teaching non-Korean speaking fans the Korean language. In this way,  global fans can enjoy the music without having language barriers.

Three-minute Videos will be released to highlight simple Korean grammar and expressions. Previously released video content, like the "BTS Episode" series will be re-released to highlight Korean expressions used by the band members.

"With the recent popularity of K-pop and other Korean cultural contents, the demand for learning Korean is increasing greatly," Big Hit said in a statement, according to Forbes.

"We are planning Korean education contents to improve our accessibility. We hope that through learning Korean, global fans will be able to deeply empathize with the music of artists and enjoy a wide range of contents."

BTS fans around the world have not let language come between their love for BTS music. Fans wishing to learn Korean can catch the first three episodes of "Learn Korean With BTS" for free with a sign up on Weverse.
