BTS Album Sales ‘Map of the Soul: Persona’ Reache Gold in France

BTS album "Map of the Soul: Persona," was certified Gold status in France according to the French recording industry.

The announcement was made on social media by National Syndicate of Phonographic Publishing. They said on Monday, Dec. 16 that the BTS album sold 50,000 equivalent copies. The boys are swiftly on their way to to reach Platinum status, which would mean 100,000 albums sold.

BTS has been making the rounds worldwide. They reached the U.S.'s list of Top Billboard 200 Albums for 2019, ranking at number 51.
