BLACKPINK is the hottest Korean girl group today. Jisoo, Jennie, Lisa, and Rosé released their latest EP Square Up in June along with the title track "DDU-DU DDU-DU."

The music video of "DDU-DU DDU-DU" hit 450 million views on YouTube recently and broke the record of the fastest K-pop group to achieve such a milestone. It only took BLACKPINK 137 days to reach 450 million views.

"DDU-DU DDU-DU" also peaked at No. 55 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts in June, making them the highest-charting female K-pop act on the chart. This week, BLACKPINK scored another entry on Hot 100 with their collaboration with Dua Lipa, titled "Kiss and Make Up." The song debut at No. 93, making the quartet the first K-pop girl group to have multiple entries in the chart.

Aside from their world concert, the four members of the group are also busy preparing for their respective solo tracks. YG Entertainment earlier confirmed that all four members of BLACKPINK will be having their own independent track soon. It was also confirmed that Jennie will be the first to release her solo song.

BLACKPINK debut in 2016. Their other hit singles include "Whistle" and "Boombayah."
