‘Kill Me, Heal Me’ Actor Ji Sung, Han Ji Min Exude Amazing Chemistry In New ‘Familiar Wife’ Poster

Ji Sung and Han Ji Min will soon make their small screen comeback in the upcoming tvN drama Familiar Wife, also known as Knowing Wife or Wife I Know. The said production will mark the two celebrities' return to the romantic comedy genre.

Avid fans last saw Ji Sung in a romantic drama in the 2015 hit Kill Me, Heal Me and the SBS series Entertainer. In 2017, Lee Bo Young's husband veered away from the said genre and wowed viewers with his acting in the legal drama Innocent Defendant.

Meanwhile, Han Ji Min starred alongside Hyun Bin in the SBS drama Hyde, Jekyll, Me. She also played the lead role in the romantic comedy series Rooftop Prince, opposite JYJ band member Yoochun.

In the upcoming series Familiar Wife, Ji Sung will portray the character Cha Joo Hyuk who works in a bank and discovers a way to go back and forth in time. Married to Han Ji Min's character Seo Woo Jin, a decision that Joo Hyuk made during one of his travels to the past will alter his marriage with his present-day wife.

At this time, it is still unclear if the said change will improve the drama couple's bond or sever their relationship forever. However, the recently released poster for the tvN drama hinted of Joo Hyuk and Woo Jin's romance before their relationship started to go awry. Embodying the perfect couple for the photoshoot, Ji Sung even posed with Han Ji Min close to his side as the two shared a special moment.

Recently, a member of the drama's production team commented on the two celebrities' chemistry on set. Describing Ji Sung and Han Ji Min's onscreen pairing as a perfect synergy between co-stars, the said staff member also praised the two Familiar Wife cast members for their dedication and work ethic.

Moreover, Han Ji Min shared that she felt connected to her new character in Familiar Wife. In an interview with a local magazine, the actress conveyed her excitement for the drama and admitted that she was eager to portray Woo Jin's journey from being a high school student to a wife.

Familiar Wife is currently in production and is scheduled to premiere in August. The Ji Sung and Han Ji Min starrer will replace the Park Seo Joon drama What's Wrong with Secretary Kim.
