‘Mission: Impossible – Fallout’ Updates: Superman’s Henry Cavill Perfect As Ruthless Villain Chasing Ethan Hunt In New Trailer
By now, the upcoming Mission: Impossible - Fallout should be in every movie lover's watchlist especially for those who have a preference for the action genre. The Mission: Impossible franchise is known for its fast-paced action, spectacular fight scenes, high tech gadgetry, double-crossing characters and cloak and dagger atmosphere - the perfect combination for a thoroughly enjoyable spy thriller.
And it looks like Mission: Impossible - Fallout won't disappoint in this regard. Based on the recently released posters and trailer, fans are in for an action-packed ride when the film arrives in theaters this July.
Superman's Henry Cavill Chases Ethan Hunt
It takes a bit of getting used to but Henry Cavill is actually the new villain in Mission: Impossible - Fallout. You got that right; Cavill is no Superman this time as he is one of the bad guys out to get Tom Cruise's Ethan Hunt.
For an actor known for playing hero roles, Henry Cavill is surprisingly even better as a villain. In the recently released Mission: Impossible - Fallout trailer, Henry Cavill's character is utterly ruthless and does everything he can to eliminate the protagonist Ethan Hunt.
Action lovers will certainly love the Mission: Impossible -Fallout trailer. With Cavill's character going all out to kill Hunt, there are fist fights, motorcycle chases, car chases and even a helicopter chase. The production team really crammed a lot of action scenes into this one.

Meanwhile, Paramount Pictures just released posters for the different Mission: Impossible - Fallout giving fans a look at its cast. It looks like the upcoming sequel will build up on the story told in Rogue Nation. Aside from Tom Cruise's Ethan Hunt, Sean Harris will reprise his role as Solomon Lane, the previous film's main villain.
However, it looks like the top bad guy spot will not go to Mr. Lane anymore in the upcoming Mission: Impossible - Fallout. The title of biggest baddie will likely go to August Walker this time, a character that will be played by Superman's Henry Cavill. It's a bit jarring but it looks like Cavill played his villainous role to perfection. Based on the poster alone, fans won't be able to detect any of the good vibes one normally gets from his Superman role.
Simon Pegg will be back as Benji Dunn, the tech guy, in Mission: Impossible Fallout. Rebecca Ferguson will also be back to play while Angela Bassett will play as a CIA Director. The Crown's Vanessa Kirby will be joining the franchise for the first time. Ving Rhams, who has been in every film of the series, will be reprising his role as Luther Stickell as well. In addition, Alec Baldwin, who was seen in Rogue Nation, will be back as Secretary Alan Hunley.
