The highly anticipated conclusion of The Blacklist Season 5 will finally air this week but it looks like the stakes are way too high for Elizabeth Keen in "Sutton Ross." After all, the truth about the bones in the duffel bag will finally be revealed in The Blacklist Season 5 finale. But is it possible that Raymond Reddington still has something up his sleeve? There are speculations that another main character will meet their end in the upcoming episode.

It's no secret that The Blacklist Season 5 finale will be a huge gamechanger. Megan Boone has already hinted at the possibility when she confirmed that she has officially wrapped filming earlier this month. But what exactly will happen in "Sutton Ross?" Whatever the major reveal will be, fans will need to wait a little longer to see the consequences in The Blacklist Season 6.

There are several theories about what will be revealed about the mysterious bones in the duffel bag since last season. Some believe that the remains hold a shocking secret that Red is trying to keep from Liz Keen. There are also speculations that the bones belong to more than just one person and they both might have a connection to James Spader's character. Nevertheless, fans are not anywhere close to discovering the truth that will be unveiled in The Blacklist Season 5 finale.

But will the race to get the bones actually have dire consequences for Liz Keen this week? Some believe that a major character will be officially killed off and will not be returning in The Blacklist Season 6. It is possible that Amar Mojtabai and Samar Navabi might decide to leave Liz behind so they can focus on their personal life. Other speculations point to the possibility that Red will kill one of Liz's allies just to ensure that he can get his hands on the bag in The Blacklist Season 5 finale.

So how will Liz Keen move forward after the shocking events in "Sutton Ross?" Viewers will need to wait a little longer to find out. According to Entertainment Weekly, The Blacklist Season 6 will be scheduled for 2019 alongside NBC's new show Brooklyn Nine-Nine. The comedy series was recently axed by Fox but was immediately rescued by NBC. In the meantime, The Blacklist Season 5 finale will air on May 16.
