Korean actor Park Hyung Sik has shown how hard he works to portray his character in the new K-drama Suits flawlessly. The Korean adaptation of the U.S. hit legal series of the same title recently shared some behind-the-scenes photos of Park Hyung Sik.

In the images, the K-drama actor is seen holding the series' script. The descriptions of the photos suggest that the actor is always practicing his lines and memorizing his lengthy dialogues while on the new K-drama set location.

All KPop cited one insider saying that since the Korean actor is playing the role of Go Yeon-woo, a genius legal associate with an excellent memory, he needs to remember a lot of information. Additionally, Hung Sik also needs to know all the law-related jargons which are a huge challenge for the actor.

Park Hyung Sik previously opened up about the difficulties of playing his character. The Strong Woman Do Bong Soon actor said he needs to be realistic when delivering his lines and not just to try to remember what he memorized.

Like Suits U.S., the Korean version also follows the story of two men at a top law firm and their relationship. Park Hyung Sik plays the role of Go Yeon Woo, a clever young man who doesn't have a college degree or a license to practice law but has the memory of a genius. Park Hyung Sik's counterpart in Suits U.S. is Patrick J. Adams (Mike Ross).

Veteran actor Jang Dong Gun, on the other hand, portrays the role of Choi Kang Suk, a legendary attorney who recruits Yeon Woo as a law associate. Jang's charismatic character is being played by actor Gabriel Macht (Harvey Specter) in the American version.

Earlier posters for the K-drama Suits show the chemistry between the two lead actors. Jang Dong Gun was clad in a classic black suit, keeping his sleek and professional look. Park Hyung Sik, on the other hand, shows off a more millennial vibe as he was sporting a suit and red sneakers.

Korea's Suits premiered last April 25. It airs every Wednesday and Thursday at 10 p.m. KST on KBS2. So far, it has been leading in viewership ratings against all the K-dramas airing at the same time. It recorded a viewership rating of 7.4 percent nationwide for its debut episode.
