Super Junior New Album 2018 Update: New 'Lo Siento' Music Video Teaser Revealed
Super Junior's fans are now excited for the imminent release of the South Korean boy band's new album, Replay. To make their supporters more thrilled, the group dropped a teaser for their much-awaited music video for the song "Lo Siento," translated into English as "I'm Sorry," featuring the American singer and songwriter, Leslie Grace.
The 17-second video revealed Super Junior in a red and yellow-themed platform dancing to the "Lo Siento" intro. For a few seconds, Leslie Grace does her moves, and the clip is cut when the boys start to sing the song's title.
Aside from the music video trailer, Super Junior also revealed individual teaser images of Leeteuk, Heechul, and Shindong, All Kpop reported. The boys showed their colorful outfits, carrying a Latin concept just like the song, "Lo Siento." They are all showing an intense gaze that will definitely make their fans fall.
This is the first time Super Junior will collaborate with a foreign artist. "Lo Siento" is part of Superjunior's eighth repackaged album, titled Replay, and has a Latin pop genre. The song is produced by American DJ duo Juan and Oscar Salinas called Play N Skillz, who are both from Dallas, Texas. It will also feature the voice of Leslie Grace, who is known for her expertise in Latin music.
Replay features a total of 14 songs—a mix of old and new tracks. This includes 10 original songs from their previous album, Play, and four brand new melodies. Aside from "Lo Siento," the new tracks are "Me & U," "Super Duper," and "Hug."
Unfortunately, Super Junior is going to promote their upcoming LP with only six members. Because of some health reasons, Heechul won't be able to join Leeteuk, Yesung, Shindong, Eunhyuk, Donghae, and Siwon to promote Replay on any television programs.
Label SJ made a formal announcement, carrying a "piece of unfortunate news" to Super Junior fans, per Metro. As their supporters are counting the days to see their favorite South Korean boy band together promoting their new album, "Heechul will not be participating in music show promotions." However, the music company assured everyone he will still be participating in non-performing promotions.
As they prioritize Heechul's health more, they are asking for Super Junior fans to understand his situation. Replay will be released on April 12 at 6 p.m. KST, along with the much-awaited music video for "Lo Siento."
