Abby Lee Miller, who is highly known for Dance Moms, seems to be free again and get back to the reality television series. If the reports are to be believed, she will be getting out of jail early.

Earlier this month, Lee Miller's release date was moved up to May 25 by the Federal Bureau of Prisons. She pleaded guilty to felony bankruptcy fraud in June 2016. Her crime was hiding some $755,000 worth of income and bringing $120,000 in Australian currency to the United States. Then in May 2017, she was sentenced to a year and a day imprisonment in federal prison.

When will Lee Miller be released?

The 51-year old Lee Miller, who also had been a guest judge on Dancing with the Stars, reportedly shaved around a month off from her original sentence of one year and one day. She has never been rude to the jail officials. She has always shown good behavior behind the bars in the last couple of months, and this has reportedly prompted the officials to consider releasing her earlier than the scheduled date. According to E! News, while she was scheduled to be released on June 21, 2018, the Federal Bureau of Prisons has decided to free her on May 25.

Earlier, it was reported that she was nicely utilizing her time behind the bars. While spending days in prison, she passed a real estate class and received a certificate of diploma in personal finance. Since she has been allowed to use social networking sites, she posted a photograph of her certificate on Instagram writing "Feeling extremely positive" in December 2017.

In January this year, she prompted a glance of her life behind the bars by sharing a snap on Instagram. She even wrote, "Sometimes in life you make mistakes." The former Dance Moms instructor continued writing that she trusted some "wrong people and didn't pay any attention to things she should have done." She further apologized for committing the mistake.

She even earlier got one release date

This is not the first time that Lee Miller is reportedly going to get an early release date. She was previously given a release date of February 20 but due to some changes in protocol, she was not released. The prison went over budget so she could not be released, as reported by Inquisitr.
