'Counting On' Season 7 Update: Two-Part Special Episodes To Show Joy-Anna Giving Birth

The Duggar family is now celebrating the coming of the new addition to their growing clan. Joy-Anna Duggar and her husband, Austin Forsyth, welcomed their first baby, Gideon, on February 26. Thus, fans are now wondering if they will ever see the kid's birth on Counting On Season 7.

The new season of Counting On just started this February, thus fans will definitely see the time Joy-Anna gave birth to Gideon. The show has captured the 20-year-old television personality and Forsyth's honeymoon, so it is not far that it will also reveal the day of her much-awaited delivery.

According to TV Guide, Counting On Season 7 will reveal two-part special episodes, titled "A New Bundle of Joy" and "Joy Gives Birth." These will show Joy-Anna announcing that she is already expecting, while the other one will reveal Gideon's arrival.

The Counting On Season 7 special episodes synopses revealed that Joy-Anna is preparing to welcome her first child with Forsyth as her due date is fast approaching. She also has her husband by her side when she gives birth to Gideon.

In fact, on the Monday, March 19, episode of Counting On Season 7, Michelle Duggar has been seen heading to Joy-Anna's home after learning that her daughter is already in labor. Jim Bob Duggar, on the other hand, tells the family that they are going to the hospital, in spite of Joy-Anna and Forsyth's plan to give birth at home.

"Love you guys. Thank you for your prayers," Joy-Anna said on Counting On Season 7, while they are on their way to the hospital. After giving birth, the Duggar family revealed that Gideon weighs 10 pounds and 3 ounces, and about 22 inches long on their official blog.

To recall, Joy-Anna announced that she was expecting in August. In a statement, via US Weekly, Forsyth's wife said that they were both happy and thankful to reveal that they were having their first baby. She continued to say that every child is "a precious gift from God" and she was looking forward to seeing her husband as a dad. Also, she was excited to raise their children together with him.
