Kristen Stewart And Twilight On-Screen Daughter Renesmee Reunited
It's a Twilight cast mini-reunion. Actresses Kristen Stewart and Mackenzie Foy have reunited more than five years after their last movie together. They shared a snap together in a fashion event, giving Twilight fans a nostalgic feel of the vampire-werewolves glory days.
Steward and Foy were spotted together at a fashion show recently, years after they last played their respective roles in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Down Part 2. Stewart famously played the role of Bella in the Twilight saga while Foy portrayed Renesmee, the half-vampire-half-human hybrid daughter of Bella and Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson).
Foy was only 11-years-old then. Now, she is a grown up but the 17-year-old actress still looks like the perfect daughter of Bella in the movie. The duo snapped a picture together at the party. It could have been a perfect Cullen family picture if Pattinson is only around.
Stewart and Pattinson had a sort of mini-reunion themselves but it was in a discreet manner. The former couple was recently seen together at a bar in Los Angeles. It sparked off speculations on whether the former lovers have rekindled their romance or if they are planning a Twilight reboot. Reports indicated that Pattinson and Stewart are interested in a Twilight comeback, possibly in a TV adaptation.
What's Keeping The Twilight Cast Busy?
Stewart recently appeared in an American bio-thriller film, Lizzie. It premiered at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year. Saban Films acquired the North American rights of the movie with plans to release this summer. It is based on the true story of a woman, named Lizzie Borden. Lizzie was accused of the murders of her father and stepmother in 1892. She was acquitted later on.
Stewart will also appear in JT Leroy movie this year alongside Diane Kruger and Laura Dern. The film is about a woman named Savannah Knoop (Stewart) who for six years pretended to be the well-known author JT LeRoy, which is a pseudo-literary persona of her sister-in-law.
Foy, on the hand, will appear in the highly-anticipated movie, The Nutcracker and the Four Realms. She previously starred in a horror movie, The Conjuring, in 2012. She also appeared in Oscar-winning movie Interstellar as young Murphy. The adult Murphy was played by Jessica Chastain.
As for Pattinson, the Harry Potter actor is set to play the lead role in the upcoming sci-fi drama, titled High Life. The movie wrapped up production in October 2017 and is expected to hit cinemas this year.
