Capcom has recently made the announcement that both the installments of Mega Man Legacy Collection (also known as Rockman Classic Collection) will be launched to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the first Mega Man, which was released on December 17, 1987. The gaming aficionados can buy the collections through the Nintendo eShop (as separate digital downloads) or simply as a package from the retailers, Infosurhoy notifies.

The website further states that Mega Man Legacy Collection 1 will be having the first six games in the Mega Man series. The Nintendo Entertainment System will provide the added features that will allow the users to save their game anywhere. The second installment includes Mega Man 7 to 10's features

As far as Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 is concerned, it will feature Mega Man 7 to 10 including music, art, and challenges. The gamer will confront additional challenges being offered by Super Nintendo Entertainment System while using Mega Man amiibo. It further contains all previously launched DLC from Mega Man 9 and Mega Man 10.

Price details for both the installments

According to EuroGamer, there is no huge difference in price between the two upcoming installments - the first one will be sold at $14.99 and the second one at $19.99. Apart from these, Capcom also has a plan to launch the physical edition for both the installments on a cartridge and a digital download respectively at a cost of $39.99.
