EXO Suho to cast in 'Rich Man, Poor Woman' & 'Female Middle Schooler A'
Suho fans will be delighted to know that the EXO member will be one of the casts of the remake of the Japanese TV drama "Rich Man, Poor Woman". SM Entertainment verified the good news on Friday, November 17.
The Japanese TV drama "Rich Man, Poor Woman" started to air in July 2012 up to September of the same year which featured two Japanese prominent actors. Oguri Shun is the young but successful founder of an IT company, Next Innovation. He runs an internet website where his hobby generates him a handsome amount of money.
Ishihara Satomi, on the other hand, is studying at a prestigious university who finds it difficult to land a job. Her first encounter with the IT company founder was not pleasing at all because she was embarrassed.
The addicting drama will feature how Satomi will get a job in the IT company founded by Shun. The "Rich Man, Poor Woman", also showcased how these two people fell in love in spite of morals and lifestyles indifferences. In the Korean remake, Suho will play the part of the IT company founder, Soompi has learned.
As for his leading lady, Ha Yeon Soo is reported to be negotiating to take the role of Satomi for the Korean remake "Rich Man, Poor Woman". If there will be no hassle regarding the characters involved, the filming will start filming as early as next month.
Meanwhile, Suho is also reported to be cast as one of the characters in the upcoming film, "Female Middle Schooler A", according to AllKpop. The film is adapted from a well-known webtoon that embarked on several social issues including game addiction, bullying, misogyny, and domestic violence.
The movie, 'Female Middle Schooler A' is a story about a middle school student, Jang Mi Rae who is very fond of video games. Suho will play the role of Jae Hee in his 20's while child actress Kim Hwan Hee will take on the role Jang Mi Rae.
