"Weekly Idol" might get a visit from TWICE. Rumors are making rounds that the girl group will make an appearance on the program before they return to the music industry. To silence the reports, the show has spoken up.

TWICE just dropped its music video for its song, "One More Time" last week. And the new video is received well. Because of this, the fans got more excited for the return of the South Korean group to the industry.

But rumors say that TWICE will make an appearance on "Weekly Idol" ahead of its comeback. That said, many fans anticipated the group's return even more. According to Naver, an insider said that the South Korean group has already confirmed its participation on the show.

However, the exact date of the popular girl group's guesting was not revealed. The insider said that TWICE is still discussing the filming date. The broadcast date is said to be under negotiation as well. Hence, it is still unclear if fans will get to see their idols before or after their comeback.

Furthermore, TWICE is set to hold a fan meeting on October 14 to 15. And, the girl group is said to be preparing for it at this time. It will also release its first Japanese single next week.

That being said, TWICE is likely to appear on "Weekly Idol" sooner or later. Thus, fans should not fret much as they will get to see their idols before they know it. Even so, they still have to wait a little more.

In addition, TWICE's forthcoming comeback marks the third time that the group returns with a new record this year, as per All Kpop. Early this year, the group treated its fans with "Knock Knock." After quite some time, the girl group dropped another single titled "Signal."
