'Shadowhunters' Season 3 Co-Showrunner Teases More Clary - Jace Romance
After being told a lie, Clary (Katherine McNamara) can finally act on her romantic feelings for Jace (Dominic Sherwood) in "Shadowhunters" Season 3. According to co-showrunner Todd Slavkin, fans can expect more #Clace when the urban fantasy series returns to television in 2018.
Fans waited for a really long time to see their OTP finally have a chance to have a real romantic relationship. Clary and Jace have been in love with each other since Season 1, but Valentine's (Alan Van Sprang) wicked lies pulled them apart.
Because of this lie, the star-crossed lovers had to hide their feelings for each other. Clary even, for a brief time, dated her best friend Simon (Alberto Rosende). However, in the end, it was Jace that she truly loved.
Now that they know the truth that they are not brothers and sisters, Clary and Jace will not let each other get away. According to Slavkin, there are going to be a lot more #Clace moments now that can go on dates.
"Expect a lot of Clace," he shared on Twitter. "Training, battling, dating, dreaming.
