Ex Infinite Member Hoya Heads to Ji Chang Wook's Agency

Ex Infinite member, Hoya, has recently transferred to a new agency. His new agency is the home of actors and actresses such as Ji Chang Wook. That said, the singer seems he is really serious on embarking on his acting career.

Just this Tuesday, a representative from Glorious Entertainment confirmed the news that former Infinite member Hoya moved in with them. As a matter of fact, the singer has already signed an exclusive contract with the company, as per Newsen. "Suspicious Partner"'s lead, Ji Chang Wook, and "I Live in Cheongdam-dong" star, Kim Hyun Woo, are just a few actors who are members of the said agency. With that in mind, it looks like there is going to be a lot of acting projects waiting for Hoya.

Moreover, the former Infinite member shared how he decided to sign up for Glorious Entertainment. The singer said he took his time searching for a new agency. Fortunately, he became familiar with Glorious Entertainment. He then decided to join the agency as it can support both of Hoya's singing and acting careers.

Furthermore, his decision on kicking off his acting career is just one of the reasons why he left his former agency, Woolin Entertainment. To recall, Hoya headlined the news as he left the South Korean boy band, Infinite, last month. It was then revealed that his contract has ended.

According to Soompi, the other members of Infinite renewed their contract. However, Hoya expressed his desire in taking on a new path and run after his dreams. That being said, Woolin Entertainment decided to let him go as it respects the singer's decision.

In addition, Hoya is now busy preparing for a musical titled "Hourglass." This marks the former Infinite member's first theater performance. The musical is set to run from December to February next year.
