BTS Reveals Jimin Almost Did Not Make It to Debut Date
BTS revealed that they are supposed to kick off with only six members. One of the members was almost kicked out before they debuted. It turns out that Jimin was the last one to make it into the group.
BTS has just released their highly anticipated album, "Love Yourself: Her." And to promote their latest record, the boys treated their fans with their comeback show. The program featured all seven members of the group along with some behind-the-scenes footage of how they made the album.
There, it was brought to light that BTS member Jimin almost did not make it to their debut. During their comeback show, the members shared some of their stories on how they joined the group through a special video they showed their fans. However, the fans were shocked when Jimin told his story.
It looks like Jimin's life is not all fun games. The BTS member confessed that he too faced difficult times when he was a trainee, as per All Kpop. The 21-year-old K-pop idol said that he had a hard time when he left Busan, his hometown. He said he was also scared of what the future holds for him when he moved to Seoul.
During his training days, Jimin said that he almost got kicked out several times. V even joked that he nearly got cast out 15 times. But, it was not because he is troublesome. Rather, some people just do not believe in the artist's potential.
BTS' Suga also added in jest that Jimin also nearly got dismissed days before the official date of their debut. The whole members just laughed after. Nonetheless, Jimin believes he completed the group. The popular South Korean boy band's comeback special is out now on Viki.
