BTS made every fangirl's heart melt as its members perform onstage. But, they are not the only ones who lit up the podium. The popular South Korean boy band also shared the stage with The Chainsmokers in spite of the allegations the duo is facing.

The awesome collaboration happened at Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Seoul, as per Hollywood Life. BTS (J-Hope, Jimin, Jin, Jungkook, Rap Monster and V) and The Chainsmokers (Andrew Taggart and Alex Pall) surprised the audience and sang "Closer". Of course, the audience can't help but to sing-along with them.

Aside from this, fans will also go gaga about their album collaboration for sure. According to Korea Herald, Taggart lent a hand to BTS rappers J-Hope, Suga, and Rap Mon to come up with a lively dance track for the boy band's upcoming album, "Love Yourself: Her". The said album will be released on September 18.

But before this epic collaboration with BTS happened, the electronic dance music pop duo got caught up in the middle of heated comments from fans. According to Buzzfeed, the duo made an insensitive remark that angered a lot of netizens. In a promotional video, an interviewer asked Pall if he will bring his dog with him while on tour.

The DJ answered by saying that he tried to bring his dog. However, he said that he is unsure if he would bring it to China. The interviewer was shocked to hear Pall's answer but still tried to ask another question.

This incident sent a lot of fans into a frenzy, saying that his remark was so racist - especially they were in an Asian country and were about to perform with BTS. The duo posted an apology via Twitter right after the incident. Meanwhile, the South Korean group did not give any comment about the issue and still pushed through with the concert.
