Huawei G7 Plus Specs Revealed; Smartphone Not Available In The US?
The Huawei G7 Plus specifications are revealed as the newest addition to the China-based manufacturer G flagship series.
The new smartphone from Huawei is classified to fit in a mid-range category as the successor of the previous G7 model and has specifications that is similar to their G8 model that was previously launched during the IFA 2015 in September at Berlin, according to Gadgets 360.
The Huawei G7 Plus specifications includes a 5.5 inches full 1080 HD resolution screen display, powered by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 at 1.5GHz and a 3,000 mAh battery. It has a 13-megapixel main camera and a front facing camera of five megapixels. The phone's RAM storage is 3GB and an external memory that is expandable up to 32GB. It is currently runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop, which can be upgradable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow in February 2016. The G7 Plus Operating system us Huawei's EMUI 3.1, also has an LTE connection, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and dual-SIM capability, as reported by Tech Times.
The Huawei G7 Plus' additional specification includes a fingerprint sensor at the back of the phone and a physical structure that is similar to Apple's iPhone. It is the enhanced version of its predecessor, Huawei G7 with its HD display screen and Octa-Core type processor, according to Gadgets 360.
The G7 Plus is made up of 90 percent metal that comes in silver, grey and gold color variants and is available for purchase in Thailand for a cost of $330, according to Yibada.
The smartphone is only available in China and Thailand market as of the moment while the company has not given any further details about its international release.
The Huawei G7 Plus is recently been compared to Google released Huawei manufactured Nexus 6P because of its competitive specifications for a cheaper price, according to Tech Times.
