The SM Town Live World Tour VI will be held at different stops around the world. SM Town Live has confirmed that the first show will be held at Seoul Seoul Sangam World Cup Stadium on July 8, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. However, several controversies revolve around this world tour and its participating artists.

Super Junior Sungmin And Kanginnim Not Part Of SM Tour

Super Junior member Sungim has received fan objections. Most members of E.L.Fs have boycott Sungmin because of not communicating well about his marriage. At the peak of this controversy, SM Entertainment sub-label, SJ Label, has finally made an official announcement. "Sungmin, who had issues related to fans, won't be participating in the 'SM Town Live" concert stages," said SJ Label. It is not only the first show. Sungmin will no longer attend both SM Town Live World Tour VI at Korea and Japan.

In line with this, Super Junior member Sungim released an apology letter to his fans. In his statement, Sungmin apologized to his fans for the worry, controversies, and late statement. He wanted to address the problems sooner, but he cannot because it involved many other parties. "When I look back on when I was preparing for marriage, I don't think I was considerate or truthful to the fans who've loved me for over 10 years now. I think I should've communicated more with my fans, who were hurt due to rumors and misunderstandings," said Sungmin.

SJ Label added that Kangin will also be not part of the tour due to DUI controversy. Hence, Lee Teuk, Kim Heechul, Yesung, and Shindong will be the only Super Junior members to attend the SM Town Live World Tour VI, My Daily reports.

Sungmin No Longer Part Of Super Junior Comeback

SJ Label has now confirmed that Sungim will no longer be part of Super Junior's comeback promotions as well. Hence, he will also not be part of the upcoming Super Junior Album that is set for release in October. Super Junior member Sungmin revealed that he really want the next Super Junior album to do well. Hence, he decided to withdraw from it for the best. Despite this issue, the agency assured that they will support Sungmin in all other ways, Allkpop reports.
