OnePlus 5's Final Render Officially Revealed; Horizontal Dual Camera Setup Confirmed
The official launch of the OnePlus 5 is just days away and would-be buyers are all hyped about the latest flagship phone of the company. Fans - most especially in India - were given an early treat as the upcoming phone was shown during the nation's biggest and most watched sporting event.
OnePlus' Indian arm recently released a TV ad during the International Cricket Council's (ICC) Champions Trophy finals and viewers got quite a surprise as it featured the OnePlus 5 boasting both of its back and front panels. It may well also seem that the Chinese tech firm is heavily betting on their upcoming premium handset as the promotional ad showcased India's best talents such as Sushant Singh Rajput and Amitabh Bachchan not to mention it was shown during a cricket match that is being watched by over 300 million people, according to XDA Developers.
The company also took the OnePlus 5 promotion to Twitter to take advantage of the then trending #IndvsPak asking folks what is their favorite moment with the handset's reveal. Such ad strategies are highly commendable as the company seemed to have anticipated that moment to unveil the phone to make more tech consumers fully aware of the device's arrival.
