SM Entertainment Announces BoA And EXO Comebacks

Popular artists BoA and EXO are finally returning to the music scene after being absent from it for a long while. SM Entertainment has confirmed that the boy group will be making their comeback soon. Meanwhile, the agency has already kicked off the promotions for BoA’s comeback.

According to Soompi, a source from SM Entertainment confirmed that EXO is indeed gearing up for a comeback this summer. They are still in the process of finalizing details so they really can’t give out any specifics yet. However, the title track has already been decided and was revealed to be a song that the representatives of the agency will approve of. Since the group is preparing for a summer comeback, the word “hot” is a hint to the new song because people will be saying “it’s hot” a lot during summer. Some fans have speculated that the new title track may possibly be called “The War” since it sounds like “hot” in Korean.

An insider from the agency added that the boys have planned to film their new music video this month. EXO dropped hints about their comeback last month during one of their concerts. SM Entertainment has yet to announce the exact date of EXO’s comeback. The last studio album that EXO released was “EX’ACT” and that was in August 2016. If the agency decides to release the comeback and new album in August, it would be one year since EXO released something new.

Meanwhile, solo artist BoA has kicked off the promotions of her comeback. SM Entertainment has just released a video teaser for her new song “CAMO”. The legendary solo artist looks sleek in the snippets of the music video, which is mostly draped in hues of red, black, and gold. The tune is quite catchy as well, donning the signature upbeat pop melody that BoA has alwas been branded with. The teaser clip is noticeably named the first teaser so more teasers are expected to be released in a few days.
