The world of K-pop is full of amazing real life love stories that are often ignored. Many of these stories get buried under the pages of hoaxes and rumored link ups. Nowadays, producers come up with bizarre concepts and stories for K-Dramas in order to satisfy their audience's entertainment needs, here are 4 real life K-pop love stories that would end up making a great K-Drama.
Lee Yi Kyung: In a surprising turn of events on MBC's Radio Star, Lee Yi Kyung confessed that his girlfriend was actually the fiancée of his another good friend. The idol revealed that he was shocked to see his girlfriend in the bridal costume on the day of the wedding. After Lee confessed to his friend, both of them decided to confront their better halves. When Lee's friend called his fiancé, she said: "I used to date Lee Yi Kyung a while back, so he's probably reacting in this way because he's jealous". Lee Yi Kyung proceeded to cut off all ties with his girlfriend and his friend even called off the wedding.
Hong Yoon Hwa: The k-pop star was seen getting candid in an interview, and explained that her ex-boyfriend was a really bad guy. When Hong Yoon Hwa tried calling her boyfriend in the middle of the night, there was no answer. After numerous attempts, he picked up the phone and she could hear girls in the back going "Oppa, let's go home now". When Hong Yoon Hwa started asking questions, her boyfriend changed his voice on the phone and said "Oh, the original owner of this phone must have left it her" before disconnecting it.
Park Na Rae: Park Na Rae's ex-boyfriend was studying in the United States when she decided to go pay him a visit. Upon arrival, she was invited to meet his parents at a restaurant over dinner. I don't know when I'll get over you, but maybe I'll move on once you get married. I really hope you're happy". If this man doesn't get his own K-Drama, then I don't know who will.
