Microsoft Surface Phone Is Going To Be Power-Packed
Redmond tech giant has everything in its storage, all the way from all-in-one tablets to laptops and even smartwatches. However, what is missing is a flagship smartphone especially after they scrapped off their Lumia line-up of smartphones. The company has been rumored to be working on a new smartphone dubbed, 'Surface Phone,' by many reports for a long time now. It seems like the upcoming speculated Microsoft Surface Phone will be among the best ones that the company has to offer yet.
According to a report published by Forbes, the company is expected to launch the Surface Phone sometime this year. The exact date has not been confirmed. In fact, ideally, the company should have introduced Surface Phone earlier this year. Much to the disappointment of the fans, that never took place. Microsoft seemed to have postponed the launch of the smartphone for unknown reasons. Instead, the firm decided to take the wraps off its many other products, for instance, the Windows 10 Creators Update and of course, the Surface Laptop which was launched recently.
As far as the specification of the Microsoft Surface Phone is concerned, the device is expected to come with some really awesome features. According to another report published by PC Advisor, the Microsoft Surface Phone is widely rumored to pack Windows 10 alongside some feature coming from the side of Carl Zeiss.
A report published by PhoneArena further suggested that the Microsoft Surface Phone might feature a 5.5-inch AMOLED display with 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution and 4GB of RAM alongside 64GB of internal storage, which is further expandable up to 128GB via its microSD card.
The Microsoft Surface Phone is greatly expected to pose as tough competition to other brands such as Google and Apple. It seems like the smartphone industry is in for a treat as far as 2017 is concerned.
