Circle With Disney, a parental control device designed to monitor tech-savvy kids' internet usage, is available for Apple device users.

The device's functionality is to let the parents filter the websites that can be accessed by kids, block ads, set timers, control which devices will allow internet access for the children and even monitor the browsing history, sources stated.

"Circle is a device, managed by an iOS app, that enables you to choose how you and your family spend time online by using advanced filtering, time management systems and informing to answer the where, when, why, and how of your network's Internet activity," Circle's statement reads via Tech Times.

The device is a small cube that needs to be connected through WiFi to operate and is only compatible with iOS apps. Another function is that it lets parents control their children's time being spent browsing the internet.

"If Karen's watching too much YouTube, for instance, you can limit her iPhone to an hour (or more, or less) of videos," an example given by Wired.

"You can pause Wi-Fi throughout the house for an extended period, and monitor time spent not just online but on which apps and content types," the example continues.

The Circle With Disney device developers, Jelani Memory, Lance Charlish and Tiebing Zhang have already set a partnership with Disney. They have named Circle With Disney following the partnership. The device as originally called Circle.

It will cost $100 and parents need to download the free mobile app on the App Store to manage the device settings. Its simple design is an advantage for non-technical parents for efficient use. To avoid the sneaky kids, the on and off button is different as the standard one push function, according to Tech Times.

As of the moment, the Circle With Disney will only be available for home use but might extend the functionality outdoors for iOS devices in the future, according to Wired
