Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Might Be Released This Fall, Device To Have Rear Mounted Fingerprint Scanner, Visible Home Button & Annoying Features

Samsung Galaxy S8 has set huge standards when it comes to next generation of smartphones and tablets. Unfortunately, the company couldn't expect to manage the same for its upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 8. The upcoming device is speculated to have a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, visible home button and many other annoying features that faded its high-end speculations.

According to Express, Samsung Galaxy Note 8 might be featured with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner which is one of the core features of Galaxy S8. Many of the Galaxy S8 users have shared the drawback of having a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The users just couldn't take their photos clearly as their finger cut off the camera edges.

Along with the finger cutting off the camera edges, the position of the fingerprint scanner also makes it worse for the users to reach the spot as it is embedded at the side of the camera. Because of the drawbacks, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 enthusiastic have hoped that the company might replace this feature. But the company has confirmed that the upcoming Note will be going to have this feature as well.

An unnamed Samsung executive has stated that "we made every effort to install a display-integrated fingerprint sensor on Galaxy Note 8, but we decided not to install it on this strategic phone due to various technical limitations such as security," they reportedly said. It has been so long that the company is working on sub-screen sensors and the manufacturers openly admitting it.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is going to feature 6.4-inch curved display just like Samsung Galaxy S8. The display is going to hold the title of one of the biggest display till date and will include QHD+ Infinity technology. The device will also have a dual camera set up just like the other Chinese devices like LG, OnePlus and Huawei. The device is going to support Samsung's very first AI Bixby and its S pen.
