According to description of "Reign" Season 4, Episode 15, the penultimate segment revolves around the moment Mary gives birth to her baby. At the same time, the show sheds light on the Queen of England's storyline.

In "Reign" Season 4, Episode 15 Mary's life gets in danger as she gives birth to her son. Both, Mary and her unborn baby struggle to survive as their life is in jeopardy.

The latest promo video for "Reign" Season 4 teases the events of Episode 15. In the clip, Mary is struggling through the process of childbirth and she has Bothwell instead of Darnley by her side. The midwife informs Bothwell that Mary may not survive the delivery which leaves Bothwell agitated and upset.

In England, Elizabeth discovers a shocking secret related to Gideon's death. She is stunned to find out that someone from her inner circle was responsible for Gideon's death.
