Nintendo Switch Owners Can Still Hope for ‘Pokemon Stars,’ ‘Pokemon Ultra Sun And Moon’ Exclusively Launched for Nintendo 3DS Says Pokemon Company

The Pokemon Company has trolled new Pokemon games to its gaming consoles during the Pokemon Direct. The Nintendo Switch owners were desperately waiting for their first Pokemon game and it was expected that "Pokemon Stars" could be coming to the gaming console. But recently, Nintendo has announced the first Pokemon game for its hybrid console.

The Nintendo Switch has received "Pokken Tournament DX" as its first Pokemon game. "Pokemon Ultra Sun and Moon" has been announced for Nintendo 3DS and "Pokemon Silver and Gold" are arriving for Nintendo 3DS VR console. It seems that Nintendo has cleared all the rumors and speculations that were associated with the combined version of "Pokemon Sun and Moon" rumored as "Pokemon Stars."

According to Polygon, the Pokemon Company has stated that "Pokemon Ultra Sun and Moon" will be coming exclusively for Nintendo 3DS, so the fans can still have their hope up "Pokemon Stars" for Nintendo Switch. The company has stated that "this listing on the Pokémon press site was made in error and is not indicative of future plans. Please refer to the Pokémon Direct for more game details."

On the other note, the Pokemon enthusiastic have been very much disappointed for not acknowledging the most awaited game "Pokemon Stars." One of the 3DS users shared that "I'm skipping Ultra Sun and Moon. I just can't go back to the 3DS." Another stated that "Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon not being on Switch is a fucking travesty."

The fans were even trolling infuriated posts on Twitter for Pokemon RPG skipping another Nintendo Switch and "Pokemon Stars" non-existence. According to Forbes, "Pokken Tournament DX" was a solid Wii U game that was mostly ignored because of its traditional gaming console. The game will find a more enthusiastic audience on the Switch. "Pokemon Ultra Sun and Moon will add a new story with new components, areas, and Pokemon to the original version.
