‘Pokemon GO’ News & Updates: Gen 1 Legendary Pokemon, PvP Battles, Revamped Gym, Niantic To Make This Summer ‘Exciting’

Niantic has an update "Pokemon GO" with some of the biggest summer plans which include legendary Pokemon launches, big gyms, and many other innovative elements. Niantic has huge plans for this summer and with the recent announcement, it is very clear that the developers have been all set for to provide something unusual this summer.

It has been a year since the launch of "Pokemon GO" and the developers wanted to celebrate the anniversary in style. They have decided to complete their first year by offering numerous innovative features for the app. There are some much-wanted features being lined up for the release and it seems that the developers might fulfill the high expectations of the players.

In the recent "Pokemon GO" tease, the players can expect that this summer will be going to be legendary, as it appears that fans should prepare for a series of exciting new "Pokemon GO" updates. Niantic has teased that a wave of new features is coming which will be including the final release of generation one legendaries. Along with the generation one legendaries, the developers even wanted to complete the gym revamp.

Niantic's Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, Mathieu de Fayet has been reported in a recent interview that giving a pretty frank rundown of what is being cooked up right now. He even explained that because of the great success, we had to put off some planned news. He added that no now they are working in announcing new updates for the next summer, like giving more value to the choice of teams, the announcement of legendary Pokemon and the battles between the players in "Pokemon GO."

According to Express, De Fayet even explained Niantic's future plans about making the "Pokemon GO" app a great success by implementing social interactions. He said that one thing they learned with "Ingress" is to make the game self-sustainable by creating social interactions between the trainers and they are working on that. Although this has yet to be confirmed by Niantic, one thing is sure that this summer will be exciting for the players.
