‘Splatoon 2’ Latest News & Update: Trailer Reveals Single Player Campaign Coming Soon? No Slowing Down, Bundle Box Up For Sale
"Splatoon 2" gameplay trailer revealed an upcoming single player campaign. With that, the gameplay of the upcoming shooter game is expected to expand, including the player base with single player fans.
"Splatoon 2" Single Player Campaign Now Revealed
The brand new trailer of "Splatoon 2" was presented during the Nintendo "ARMS" focused Direct event. In the said video, the single player gameplay "Hero Mode" was revealed, suggesting a colorful and imaginative gameplay.
"Splatoon 2's" single-player campaign begins with Callie, a member of Squid Sisters, who has gone missing, and the search would depend on the players. On the other hand, Marie helps out during the campaign and in finding Callie as well as the Great Zapfish as she battles the Octarian army.
Meantime, "Splatoon 2" players will be allowed to use various kinds of weapons in the single-player mode to overcome obstacles and defeat large enemies. In fact, they can use the Slosher, Roller, new Dualies and Splatling, IGN reported.
"Splatoon 2" Bundle Box Is On Sale
"Splatoon 2" is the new addition to the list of Nintendo products that is expected to hit success not only in Japan but also in the international scene. Incidentally, the hype surrounding Nintendo Switch shows no signs of a slowdown, particularly in Japan, where the gaming console has taken over.
As proof, Nintendolife.com announced that the recently revealed "Splatoon 2" hardware bundle was sold out in just a matter of seconds on Amazon Japan. Given the high demand for the game, including the Nintendo Switch products in Japan, Nintendo reportedly began selling empty boxes.
That said, "Splatoon 2" is now on sale for only 540 Yen or around £5, which means the fans can purchase a piece of collectible cardboard history to their shelves. It should be noted, however, that the Nintendo Switch "Splatoon 2" bundle box comes with no game, no console, no game nor green and pink Joy-cons, DailyStar reported.
