EXO To Make A Comeback In The Music Industry Soon
K-pop group EXO is finally ready to make a comeback in the music industry this summer. A press conference which was held on May 28 in Seoul, titled 'EXO Planet #3 - the EXO 'r DIUM' had the music group announcing their return. At the event, Baekhyun was even heard confirming that their title song was of the upcoming album was ready and the team members are extremely happy regarding the same.
The music group also reportedly wrapped up their world tour recently after visiting cities such as LA, New York, Mexico City, Bangkok, Tokyo, Osaka, and others. According to a report published by Allkpop, over 610,000 people have already attended the special event.
According to a report published by Soompi, EXO who held their encore led on their third concert tour, finished their tour after the last one that took place at the Seoul Olympic Stadium. As fans may already be aware, the Seoul Olympic Stadium is amongst the largest concert venues in South Korea which can hold a capacity of up to 50,000 people. To recall, EXO is the first band to perform at the Gocheok Sky Dome back in 2015. The music event was attended by over 20,000 people and therefore, marketed EXO as being the first idol group to have pulled off such a deed.
The group has been touring ever since. Even at their music event at Seoul, approximately 70,000 fans attended the event. It was reported that people from all over the world including nations like Japan, Thailand, Taiwan and China.
As reported previously, EXO began its third tour in July at the Seoul Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium. This even managed to attract over 84,000 fans, making EXO the first of its kind to achieve this. Moreover, this further encouraged the band to hold six more concerts at the venue. After that, the group traveled to several cities together including Mexico City, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and others.
