BTS Wins the Top Social Artist Award at The Billboard Music Awards: Watch Magenta Carpet Interview

BTS is the first K-Pop group that was invited to attend the U.S billboard Music Awards. The group arrived in style as always and was welcomed by everyone present. The boys could be seen interviewing and interacting with fans all around.

Many people from the American media interviewed the BTS group. The boys had a lot to say and the people seemed pleased with it too. BTS is also the first K-Pop group that was nominated for an award at the Billboard music.

BTS was in competition with stars like Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande and Shawn Mendes for the award of Top Social Artist. It was announced that BTS has won the award and dominated the competition with the total number fan votes exceeding that of any other artist in the category. 

In interviews, BTS can be seen interacting and reacting very well and it is no surprise that the fans voted them to victory at the awards. BTS was extended the invitation to the award show only after a huge online fan campaign that propelled them towards this victory.

BTS got interviewed on the Magenta Carpet and it was a really cool interaction. American star, Mariah Carey even asked BTS about their inspiration behind their new songs to which the group gave a rather articulate answer.

BTS is also commended and complimented on their unique music videos during the interview to which the group seemed to be very pleased with. BTS is one of the first K-POP bands to be invited to the prestigious BBMA awards and has won an award with their first appearance at the show. This is a testament to the group's talent and determination to reach new heights.
