‘Oh My Ghostess’ Actress Kim Seul Gi, SHINee’s Key Display Unique Chemistry In ‘Lookout’
The upcoming MBC drama "Lookout" is expected to delight avid viewers with its intriguing storyline and the acting prowess of its star-studded cast. Recently, details about SHINee's Key and Kim Seul Gi's unique chemistry in the said drama was revealed.
"Lookout" tells the story of a vigilante group whose members each became victims of a crime that changed their lives forever. With the mission to go after criminals and corrupt individuals who found a way around the justice system, each member will have their own strengths and expertise such as the two tech experts portrayed by SHINee's Key and Kim Seul Gi.
The "Oh My Ghostess" actress will play the reclusive Bo Mi who views the world and communicates with other people through security cameras, while the Kpop idol will portray the hacker genius Kyung Soo. A representative from "Lookout" recently told local reporters that SHINee's Key and Kim Seul Gi will share a special bond in the upcoming MBC series.
Avid viewers can look forward to tense yet interesting encounters between the two celebrities' characters. However, SHINee's Key and Kim Seul Gi's interactions will be done virtually given the reclusive nature of the actress' character in "Lookout," Korean news outlet Sports Chosun quoted the said representative as saying.
The said source even described SHINee's Key and Kim Seul Gi's as perfect partners. The two co-stars' unique chemistry will also be one of the elements that will make "Lookout" a fun and interesting drama to watch, according to the representative.
In other news, "Lookout" producing director Son Hyung Suk gushed over the said MBC drama and its lead cast. During the script reading for the series held in late April, the said showrunner commented on how the cast members' diverse personalities contributed to the unique charms of their respective characters, Soompi reported.
Apart from SHINee's Key and Kim Seul Gi, "Lookout" also stars Lee Si Young, Kim Young Kwang, Kim Tae Hoon and more. The upcoming Monday-Tuesday crime action drama will premiere on May 22 on MBC.
