iMac 2017 Release Date & Update: iMac Pro 2017 Model Expected To Arrive Along With The Revamped PC

We all know that the Apple new iMac 2017 might unveil this upcoming Worldwide Developer Conference event or WWDC 2017. But based on the latest news, it has said that the new iMac will come with advanced powerful specs.

The Apple has officially confirmed that it will be releasing a high-end iMac this 2017. This has been also confirmed by the company's Senior Vice President of Software Engineering, Craig Federighi, as well as the Marketing Head Phil Schiller. Reports have been said that this iMac 2017 is so advanced that it will be available with a Pro moniker.

It's been years since the last iMac was released to the market. This time, since it was confirmed by the company itself, big improvements are expected to arrive at the new computer. Also, tech experts are believed that this new iMac 2017 will compete with the powerful machines like the Microsoft Surface Studio, says the source.

The Worldwide Developer Conference 2017 event will be held next month, from June 5 to June 9. In this event, the iMac 2017 is said to take the spotlight, along with the other Apple products, both hardware, and software. Software updates, such as iOS, watchOS, tvOS and macOS and hardware updates like the iPhone and the Apple Smartwatch.

On the specs, the iMac 2017 might come with the AMD's powerful Ryzen 7 processor, but several reports are claiming that the machine will be powered by the Intel Kaby Lake instead. The iMac 2017 series is expected to come along with a server-grade hardware such as a 2TB of NVMe SSD and a 64GB of ECC RAM.

Although the iMac 2017 was confirmed, the releasing date of this PC is still not confirmed by the company. It means that it might not arrive next month in WWDC 2017 event.
