TWICE is on a winning streak and its latest single "Signal" has achieved its fifth consecutive all kill in all radio charts in Korea. TWICE's new song managed to hit the #1 spot in Melon, Mnet, Bugs, Soribada, Genie, and Naver.

According to a report by All Kpop, the girls managed to achieve the all kill despite strong competition on the charts like IU's "Palette" and PSY's "I Luv It" and "New Face." This is also a testament to the strong fan support for the nine-member K-pop girl group which has propelled TWICE to its fifth all kill.

Despite the success of "Signal" on the charts, netizens have been posting some negative reactions about the song. Fans have criticized the song to be sub-par compared to TWICE's previous songs.

''TWICE got #1 just because of their popularity," one fan commented about "Signal." "The quality of the song is poorest out of the poor"

Fans took issue with the quality of the song and the way TWICE's strengths were not highlighted by the melody. As a result, reviews have not been kind on the Melon review board as the song only ranked 2.5 out of 5 stars.

Prior to the release of the album, fans from other fandoms, in particular, EXO's EXO-Ls, also took issue with the creative direction of TWICE's teaser materials. EXO-Ls went so far as to accuse TWICE of plagiarizing a concept earlier used by their idols on an earlier album.

According to a report by Digital Music News, EXO-Ls said that the individual posters of TWICE for "Signal" which showcased girls with super powers like super speed, hypnosis, super strength, among others was a direct copy of EXO's concept of having supernatural powers from Greek mythology. EXO's management, SM Entertainment did not add to the allegations and remained mum on the issue.
