"Descendants of the Sun" co-stars Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo has been surfacing on several headlines lately, for allegedly secretly dating. While that hasn't been attested by either of the stars yet, there are already several speculations that now suggest that the stars have decided to end their relationship. Much to the disappointment of the couple's fans, it seems true that the couple might be headed towards a break-up and while the reason is still unknown, it is widely believed amongst many that jealousy might be the factor that might be causing this demise.

Rumors suggest that the couple, Song Joong Ki was quite upset when he lost the 'Goblin' star Gong Yoo in the best actor category at the Drama Fever awards. For reasons stated above, it appeared like the actor couldn't handle the loss properly as even Song Hye Kyo went on to win the best actress for DOTS as well. This pretty much sums up the jealousy factor that Song Joong Ki apparently faced.

To recall, and as also reported by Media lyrics, Gong Yoo managed to win the best actor award for his performance in "Goblin" and Song Hye Kyo managed to win the best actress award for the same movie. Apart from that, Lee Dong Wook and Yoo In Na were also able to bag awards for their supporting roles in the movie. Unfortunately, Song Joong Ki - being left nowhere on the list, wasn't able to handle the situation quite well and thus, the break-up happened.

However, readers are advised to take into account the fact that the above-given information hasn't been confirmed by any of the actors yet. As per what Kpopstarz has to say, Song Joong Ki was recently even heard expressing his desires to become a good father someday.
