MacBook Pro 2017 is rumored to be released in October. However, some reports suggest that the high-end device may not be launched until 2018. Nevertheless, the next-gen laptop is expected to come with impressive specs and design.
MacBook Pro 2017 Comes With High-End Specs And New Design
The new MacBook Pro 2017 is believed to come with Intel Kaby Lake processor, although rumors claim that Apple may likely choose the new Intel Cannonlake chipsets. Meantime, reports also suggest that the physical keyboard may not be included, as a new system supported by Apple Pencil stylus will likely be featured. It is worth noting that the Apple Pencil is believed to come with major upgrades to allow better drawing and writing.
MacBook Pro 2017, meanwhile, is expected to be slimmer and sleeker compared to its predecessors. In addition, the high-end device is also rumored to come in a gold-colored variant. The MacBook Pro 2017 is also rumored to include a large battery that allows longer usage hours and may come with a 16GB of RAM variant that is believed to be offered at $1,200.
In other news, B&H Photo is reported to offer a 9.7-inch iPad in silver for $534. On the other hand, the price of the 15-inch MacBook Pro with Touch Bar, Radeon 460 graphics, 2.7GHz quad-core processor and 512GB of internal memory will be reduced to $2,799, 9to5Mac reported.
15-Inch MacBook Pro 2017 May Be Mass Produced In Q4
While the 13-inch MacBook Pro 2017 variant is rumored to enter mass production in June, the 15-inch MacBook Pro version with 32GB of RAM is likely to be mass produced in the fourth quarter of 2017. That said, the high-end device will unlikely launch until 2018. Meantime, the current generation MacBook Pro with Touch Bar was launched without Thunderbolt 3 ports last year, which could mean that the absence of ports will likely to continue in this year's laptops, CNBC reported.
