'Vikings' Season 5 Spoilers, News & Update: Travis Fimmel Might Leave The Show, King Ecbert & Helga Could Also See Demise

What's a good drama-series without sufficient deaths? "Vikings" is one such show which is riddled with deaths of most-favourable characters. "Vikings" Season 4 recently concluded and it left fans searching for their breath, given that they had to witness the death of as many as three main-lead cast members in the last six episodes of the show. Since "Vikings" Season 5 has been confirmed, this has left many fans to think what the fate holds for the future of "Vikings" story-line.

According to a recent episode by Celebeat, there are chances that Travis Fimmel's character might finally be killed off in "Vikings" Season 5. There is a high possibility that this might turn out to be true especially given the fact that he is expected to leave the show all-together due to his other engagements. That leaves out other members of the show such as Ragnar Lothbrok, King Ecbert and Helga's fate to be decided in the "Vikings" Season 5. It is widely believed that these characters will remain alive in the "Vikings" Season 5.

Since that has been clarified, what remains to be seen is what exactly will happen after Travis Fimmel's character meets his demise in "Vikings" Season 5. Questions such as whether Clive Standen will follow Travis Fimmel's footsteps or will Rollo finally be stepping down or whether the power will be passed on to Duke of Normandy confused the fans of the "Vikings."According Deadline, Production of the show will start soon. 

It is interesting to note the kind of struggles that Rollo's character has had to face all throughout the "Vikings" Season 5. Fans show Ragnar Lothbrok's brother changing hearts as he proves his loyalty to Emperor Charles by ordering the massacre of the Northmen in France. This was immediately followed by Rollo's request to join Bjorn and Floki afterwards. This does raise many questions as to what exactly will take shape in the "Vikings" Season 5.
