The new James Bond "Spectre" movie box office haul was a record-breaking $80.4 million since its domestic release last Oct. 26, according to Deadline Hollywood. This includes the $63.8 million from the UK, a new record for an opening weekend, since 2012's "Skyfall," also a James Bond film.

The new spy thriller earned the massive seven-day haul from only six territories, most of which came from the UK screening. Comparatively, "Skyfall" grossed $77.7 million in its opening weekend on 25 territories, but that did not include the UK, as reported by Dailymail UK. Already included in those 25 are major international markets like France, Russia, and Korea.

The Bond film "Spectre" will be released internationally this Nov. 6, 2015. The international rollout, including major markets like North America (US) and China, will boost the earnings of the film. It is projected to out-earn its predecessor and take the mantle as the "most successful" Bond film.

2012's "Skyfall" was recognized as the most successful Bond movie to date, according to Telegraph UK. It earned more than $1 billion at the global box office, with $710 coming from outside the US. It did so well that its earnings for the first three weeks grossed more than "Quantum of Solace" and "Casino Royale" combined.

After just one week screening, "Spectre" is poised to earn more globally. The "Spectre" movie's box office earnings for the first Tuesday was $9.2 million. It also set a record for a Wednesday showing, raking in more than $8.8 million, as tracked by Deadline.

In "Spectre," James Bond is reprised by English actor Daniel Craig. The spy-thriller is the fourth time Craig dons the "Agent 007" moniker. He is joined by new "Bond Girls" Monica Bellucci and Lea Seydoux. This time, James Bond is going against Ernst Stavro Blofeld, played by Christoph Waltz, the leader of criminal organization called SPECTRE.
