A lot has been going with "Pokemon GO" as of late. After the Worldwide Bloom/Grass Event has been shelled out, Niantic is now setting their crosshairs towards unfair gameplay.

Reports are getting rife that the mobile game maker has implemented a game update that would bite back at players who have the penchant of spoofing during gameplay. Once a player is caught by the system, it will instantly impose a soft ban on that player making his/her "Pokemon GO" account unplayable for a period of time, BGR noted. In line with this, snipers within the game were also included on Niantic's hitlist.

For those who are new to these lingoes, spoofers are folks who are able to cloak their actual location while playing "Pokemon GO" and are able to catch region exclusive monsters from anywhere in the globe. Snipers, on the other hand, use tools/services to zero in on rare Pokemons and catch them once located.

Meanwhile, another update is bound to go live in the next seven days as it will be affecting countries using the Euro. It is said that "Pokemon GO's" in-app purchases within the iTunes Store has been increased as a result of the current foreign exchange rate changes, according to Express. Alongside Euro-using countries, Mexico and Denmark will also be affected by such changes including users who have an "auto-renewable subscriptions."

"Pokemon GO" players, on the other hand, have noticed an increased drop rate of evolution items in the past few days not to mention that the grass event is still ongoing at the time of writing. Some gamers claim that they have obtained a couple or more evolution items within minutes which are quite surprising to those who have experienced it.

As a result, fans couldn't help but speculate that the Worldwide Bloom could be just a filler event as Niantic is up to something big for "Pokemon GO." Players believe that the game developer is about to roll out generation 3 Pokemons within the AR title.

It can be recalled that the company has promised four major updates during the current year from which the first came out right after the Valentine's event in the form of gen 2 monsters. As of late, 2017 is in the middle of its second quarter and it is likely that Niantic will be dishing out that major update during this period. Check out a video about "Pokemon GO" here:
