According to the description of "Arrow" Season 5, Episode 22, Black Siren makes a comeback and she is here to help Chase. Also, it is Oliver Queen's birthday and celebrations begin. Felicity makes the arrangements for the Mayor's birthday bash. Elsewhere, tension rises between Lance and Rene when he finds out that Rene remained absent at the custody hearing for his daughter. Lance lashes out at Rene.

Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) organizes a birthday party for Oliver (Stephen Amell) while Lance (Paul Blackthorne) is furious after Rene (Rick Gonzalez) misses the custody hearing for his daughter," reads the official synopsis of "Arrow" Season 5, Episode 22 as on Spoiler TV. In addition, spoilers and plot details for "Arrow" Season 5 finale are making the rounds. According to the Spoiler TV's description for Episode 23 titled "Lian Yu," Oliver goes on a war with Chase. Oliver enlists Slade, Nyssa, Merlyn and Digger Harkness' help in the battle against Prometheus, who has built an army of his own including Black Siren, Evelyn Sharp, and Talia al Ghul.
In an interview with TV Line, co-creator Wendy Mericle teased what to expect from "Arrow" Season 5 finale. According to the report, the ultimate showdown between Prometheus and Oliver does not take place in Starling City and it is going to be both emotional and intense.
"One of the fun parts of having Prometheus and Oliver going toe-to-toe this season has been they're both really great fighters, but by the same token, Prometheus is a tremendous psychological villain and he's going to hit Oliver right where it hurts," Mericle said. "That's going to be a double whammy for him in the finale."
"Arrow" Season 5, Episode 22 airs May 17 at 8:00 p.m. ET on The CW. It is followed by the finale (Episode 23) on May 24. More spoilers and updates are expected soon.
