Photos of Song Hye Kyo sporting a shorter hair spread like wildfire on various social media sites. A certain Instagram use who goes by the name songhyekyo2 shared a picture of Song Joong Ki's leading lady in "Descendants of the Sun" who, at that time, was in HongKong Airport and was bound to return to South Korea.
While several followers of the "Full House" actress were astounded by her new look, there are also some people claiming that there must be a deeper reason behind it. Rumors have it that Song Hye Kyo could have already ended her supposed relationship with Song Joong Ki as it is something that most people do after a split.
Adding fuel to the fire are the remarks of Song Hye Kyo saying that she would like to work with Gong Yoo in the near future. Soompi has reported that the former leading lady of Song Joong Ki has expressed her interest to work with the "Goblin" lead star should she be given a chance.
"We've never done a production together before and I haven't met him yet, so I don't know him personally," Song Hye Kyo has stated. The ex-screen partner of Song Joong Ki added that she would like to star in the same production with the "Train To Busan" actor.
